What is it that fuels each and every one of us in this world? For me, it is my love of animals, the outdoors, and plant-based cooking! I transitioned to a plant centered diet back in 2017 after watching documentaries like Forks Over Knives and What The Health. Since making the transition, I’ve enjoyed exploring and experimenting in the kitchen, adapting my favorite meals to suit this new lifestyle and now I get to share it with you! My mission is simple, to uncomplicate the complicated while bringing you easy to follow recipes that are delicious and nutritious. I'm no chef by any means, but I do have a passion for cooking and have taught myself how to transform many of those classic foods we crave into healthier plant-based versions.
