This onion dip is sure to be a crowd pleaser and it will disappear fast! It’s made with non-dairy yogurt, vegan mayonnaise, spices, and lots of crispy onions. Yes, there is another use for them beside the holiday green bean casserole. It’s perfect for dipping chips, crackers, or even veggies and is winning combination for game days!

Ingredients

1 6oz container of non-dairy plain yogurt. I prefer Forager but use anything that’s plain.

½ c vegan mayonnaise, I like Best Foods for this recipe

1 T onion powder

½ t garlic powder

1 T nutritional yeast

¼ t vegan worcestershire sauce

½ c crispy onions + more for garnish

½ t kosher salt

Squeeze of ¼ lemon juice (optional)

Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

This dip is a cinch to prepare in just one easy step. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stirring until smooth. That's it! For best results, let refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to really shine. Enjoy!
